The SAP Functional Consultant supports the business in the implementation and support of SD and TM module. This role uses technical skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the business environment and achieve expected results.
SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) & TM (Transportation Management) lead
The SAP SD / TM Lead Consultant is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales and distribution and transportation module processes in SAP, including order management, pricing, billing, delivery and planning, execution, settlement of transportation processes. This role involves configuring and maintaining SAP SD and TM modules to meet business requirements, troubleshooting system issues, and working cross-functionally with other SAP modules like MM, FICO, PP and EWM. The role involves working with logistics teams to optimize freight management, configure transportation lanes, integrate with carriers, and ensure efficient shipping operations. The consultant will also support users, create documentation, and contribute to process improvements related to customer sales activities.
