Job Summary: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our workplace and retail business segments within the commercial floorcovering sector. Your primary focus will be to expand our market presence, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your expertise in commercial flooring solutions to identify and pursue opportunities in both new construction and renovation projects for office spaces, retail environments, and other commercial settings.
Key responsibilities include:
Market Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities within the workplace and retail sectors, including architects, designers, contractors, and facility managers.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our commercial floorcovering product lines and industry trends to effectively position our solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with district managers, regional sales directors, and other internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
