Job Title: Commercial Customer Service II
Shift: 11:00AM -8:00PM , 9:00AM-6:00PM, 9:30AM-8:00PM (4-day schedule)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
-Must be able to perform all duties of Customer Service Representative I
-Problem solving task “Resolving Customer Service Inquiries”
-Identify inquiries and seek information from appropriate internal departments to gather required information --Determine root cause of the inquiry
-Communicate solution/options to customer within approved authority. Present to manager any options that exceed approval authority
-Provide alternate product options to Sales Team and customers as requested
- Must be familiar with and able to navigate/use the Mannington website, architect folders/binders, SAP tools/systems to identify and offer alternate products
- Present alternatives and their availability to customers and Sales Team
- Update orders and order notes as needed in SAP
-Reports
-Setup/Maintain/Distribute reports for customers, Sales, and/or Mannington Management
ex: Open orders, shipment forecast, revision, claims, inventory, etc. as determined by management
- Ensure all applicable orders have carriers assigned, Forwarding Agents, Incoterms, and are dated correctly according to current production schedules
-Ensure all applicable orders have project and/or contract numbers and have been audited for errors ? Overtime is / may be required.
