Essential Duties
The following are the essential duties that I am expected to be able to perform considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skills, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility. Required essential duties include but are not limited to:

Job Qualifications and Requirements
The following is a list of job qualifications and requirements for the job.
Topic Qualifications and Requirements
Education Must be able to read, write and possess basic math skills.
Physical Must be evaluated as normal on the Ishihara Test for Color-Deficiency.
Must be able to bend, stoop and crawl
Must be able to work in cramped areas
Must be able to work with simple tools
Must be able to stand at least six (6) hours of a eight (8) hour shift
Must be able to stand at least ten (10) hours of a twelve (12) hour shift
Skills Must be a certified Mender
Experience Must have prior mending experience.
Responsibility Responsible for meeting the requirements for safety, quality,
productivity, efficiency and housekeeping.
Training Required to complete at least one week of training to operate a loop machine.
One additional week of training will be required for each of the other machine types.
