Mission Statement

As a Mannington Associate I am expected to conduct myself in a manner which supports the company’s values and philosophy, while performing in the best interest of my fellow associates. I am expected to contribute to our mission statement: to be the best people to do business with in the flooring industry.

Essential Duties

The following are the essential duties that I am expected to be able to perform considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skills, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility. Required essential duties include but are not limited to:

B How to label cones for identification and fill magazine with empty cones

C How to thread the winder and repair breaks

D How to complete the doffing process

E How to doff the Belmont Winder on M07

F Waste Procedure

G How to perform housekeeping responsibilities

- Review and ensure each order is correct prior to running machine.

Contact supervisor with any issues/concerns.

- When needed, you will be required to work in other departments at Mannington.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

The following is a list of job qualifications and requirements for the job

Topic Qualifications and Requirements

Physical ? Must be able to lift an average of fifteen (15) pound cones for approximately ten and one

half (10.5) hours of a twelve (12) hour shift.

? Must be able to pass a test in order to distinguish colors.

Responsibility ? When needed, you will be required to work in other departments at Mannington.

? Responsible for meeting the requirements for safety, quality, efficiency and housekeeping.

Training Required to complete approximately one (1) week training under supervision of qualified
